How it works

From broken machine to booked repair

Apache keeps the intake process simple so riders can explain the issue, get contacted back, and move toward repair without guessing what to do next.

1

Book the repair request

Send the machine make, model, issue, and your contact info using the repair form.

2

Talk through the problem

Share what the machine is doing, when the issue started, and whether it is rideable, starting, or completely down.

3

Drop off or arrange the next step

Confirm timing and get the machine where it needs to be for inspection and repair.

4

Diagnosis and approval

Once the issue is narrowed down, the customer approves the work before deeper repairs move forward.

5

Repair, test, and pickup

The machine gets repaired, checked over, and sent back out ready for trails, dunes, or weekend riding.

What customers should have ready

  • Make, model, and year if known
  • The main symptom or failure
  • Anything recently replaced or adjusted
  • Whether the machine starts, moves, charges, or smokes
  • Best contact number and email
The goal is straightforward service: get the machine described clearly, confirm the next step, and keep the repair moving without wasting the rider's time.
